Feei had a stroke muscle very week Sarah is the real deal she also recognized my need combined stretch with not release in my muscles releasing them with pressure and breathing technic she is Fo Shizzle you got to try it just once you'll get so much pain relief.

In March 2023 I started going to Stretch Plex as a way to help me recover from a hip replacement. I wasn't stretching on my own as I knew I should. Assisted stretching was appealing. I've been going weekly ever since. Along the way I added strength training to my weekly sessions & am all the better for it. Everyone I've worked with at Stretch Plex has been wonderful. I feel more motivated, more limber, and stronger. At 79, that's a win.!

Jessel is trying a blessing to me! She is a great listener and understands my needs as a person born with a disability. I trust her with my body and she works within my limits. After my stretching sessions I feel great both physically & mentally. Stretch Plex has improved my overall health and wellbeing!

I wanted to give Paul Winslow a well deserved thank you! He listened to my concerns. He then added his professional expertise, explaining specifics, & provided a great amount of insight into exactly what I could expect, & how we could achieve my goals. The 2 assisted stretching sessions have been great experiences! I've already gained a significant amount of flexibility back, just from those 2 appointments. Looking forward to the next one.

I had back pain in the lower right just above the belt bunco. They took me in on an hour. Notice had me on the table, stretched and manipulated my back muscle and got rid of the knot. They were fantastic. Everyone there is great I renewed for more subscriptions and I’m gonna make an appointment soon. The folks there are great. Giselle is wonderful
