Greenville's Home for Assisted Stretching and Personal Training

If you’ve been searching for assisted stretching near me in Greenville, you’ve found Delaware’s original studio for it. Located on Kennett Pike near Winterthur and Hagley, our Greenville studio works with a lot of retired and semi-retired clients from Greenville, Centreville, and the surrounding estates, golfers keeping their swing loose, gardeners staying limber, and anyone who wants to move through their day without the aches catching up with them. Every session is one-on-one and built around your body, not a class or a routine off a whiteboard.

GOLFERS & TENNIS PLAYERS

Get your swing back

Tight hips and shoulders quietly shorten a golf or tennis swing over the years. We work on the specific rotational mobility that lets you turn through the ball again — not a generic warmup.

I'm hitting the golf ball 10 yards farther than last year thanks to Ana!!"

- Jack B.. Greenville client

ACTIVE RETIREES & GARDENERS

Stay limber for the life you're living

A morning in the garden or an afternoon on the trails at Brandywine Creek
shouldn’t cost you the next two days. We build a plan around what you
actually do. so mobility keeps up with your schedule.

"Ana is wonderful. She pays great attention to areas of need and tightness while ensuring a safe, pain-free stretch that lasts. "

- Mike & Lucy, Greenville clients

RECOVERING FROM INJURY OR SURGERY

Pick up where physical therapy left off

Finished PT but still guarded, stiff, or not quite back to normal? Our coaches do a range-of motion assessment before every session and work at a pace your body sets. Not a program does.

"The range of motion in my right arm and shoulder is vastly improved, and aches are almost non-existent. "

- Kathy Be, Greenville client

BUSY PROFESSIONALS

Thirty minutes, no gym bag required

You don’t need to change clothes or block off an hour. A focused session fits between calls or errands on Kennett Pike, and you walk out looser than you walked in.

"Matthew was great! Not only did I get a great stretch, I learned a lot as men 10/10 would recommend!"

- Greenville client

Passive stretching has been a great addition to my fitness routine, especially with arthritis. I feel much more limber immediately after a session and for several days afterwards. I really appreciate Jordan. She adjusts the routine as needed based on my latest physical challenges. Thanks StretchPlex.

It's hard to know where to start, the service or the people making it happen! I came to StretchPlex (Greenville location) at the urging of my husband somewhat skeptical. I sat down with Matt (Owner/Manager+Trainer) and Jordan (my trainer) and discussed my areas of concern regarding aches and limitations of movement etc.... They listened attentively and assured me that their Assisted Stretching would definitely make a difference... and it has! The range of motion in my right arm/shoulder is vastly improved, and aches are almost non-existent due to my trainer Jordan and the Assisted Stretching program she put together for me!
I cannot recommend Jordan highly enough! She is gentle and firm at the same time, and she is an expert at what she does. She is also friendly, funny, down to earth, confident and very knowledgeable and professional in her craft. I will be adding some personal training to my stretch session, and I know that I am in great hands with Jordan.
I have no doubt that all the Trainers are similarly awesome because everyone I've met or witnessed at StretchPlex has been pleasant, attentive and professional. It is a very welcoming place.
I had gone to PT for my shoulder and thought that I had done as much as I could and would just have to accept my limitations. But I was wrong and I cannot recommend StretchPlex enough to anyone who has felt the same way.

Yesterday, I visited Stretchplex and had an exceptionally relaxing and relieving stretching session with Jordan at the Greenville, DE location. Jordan inquired about my needs, which significantly enhanced the session. It's truly impressive. I highly recommend it for individuals experiencing pain, soreness, or seeking to improve flexibility.

I came in for a stretch and some guidance around an elbow issue and I cannot tell you how informative and helpful my visit was. Ana and Matt provided so much knowledge around the mechanics of my body and what brings on issues like mine. The stretch itself is awesome; the feedback on where you are tight and how to combat it is invaluable. You can tell they are deeply knowledgeable but you can feel that they are deeply compassionate. I only wish I had gone sooner!!

Frequently Asked Questions FAQ's

Is assisted stretching safe for older adults or people with arthritis?

Yes, assisted stretching is safe for most older adults and people with arthritis. Every session starts with a range-of-motion check, and your coach adjusts pressure and depth to your comfort level, not a fixed routine. Clients with joint conditions often see the biggest relief in mobility and daily ease of movement.

How is assisted stretching different from a massage?

Massage relaxes muscles through pressure while you stay still; assisted stretching actively moves your joints through their full range of motion with a coach guiding you. Many Greenville clients use both stretching for mobility and flexibility, massage for muscle tension.

How often should I get assisted stretching?

Most people start with one session a week to build flexibility, then move to biweekly for maintenance. Golfers and gardeners staying active around Greenville often see the best results with weekly sessions during peak season.

What should I wear to an assisted stretching session?

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing you can move freely in leggings, athletic shorts, or loose pants work well. Avoid jeans or restrictive denim. You’ll stay fully clothed and don’t need to bring anything else to your session.

How much does assisted stretching cost near Greenville, DE?

Assisted stretching in Greenville starts around $20 for a quick 15-minute session, with full 30–50-minute sessions and memberships available. See our full pricing breakdown or book your first stretch for $19.
