Chris is exceptionally wonderful at stretching particular body muscles that you didn’t know you had or realize needed to be stretched. Chris has a friendly, relaxing, and at ease comfort personality as he takes his time working with you as if you were his only patient for the remainder of the day. As he stretches your muscles gently and slowly, he also ask “if you are good” as he continues to accomplish the full stretch. Chris is very professional and extremely knowledgeable with the body parts and its muscles that you will feel ten times greater and lighter after your session with him then you did before.
I highly recommend Chris as well as the facility, which is very clean, airy, and comfortable. Upon opening the door, you are treated with extreme kindness as you are greeted and welcomed with a warm smile.
I look forward to my next session with Chris every week, as I feel so much better, looser, and lighter, walking out versus walking in.

POLICIES
Appointments: Schedule your personal training session in advance so you can get your preferred time and personal trainer.
Cancellations: Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $40.00 fee. If you have a personal training package, we will use that session towards the cancellation fee rather than charging the $40.00 fee.
Arrival: To prepare for your experience, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you show up late, your session will be shortened to ensure the next appointment begins on time.
