Looking to improve your range of motion and flexibility? Assisted stretching can help!
Assisted stretching is a lot like yoga, except we do it all for you! Through assisted stretching, our highly trained stretching specialist can stretch you farther and safer then you could ever stretch yourself.
When you first come in, we will sit down and listen to what challenges you are having and set goals as well. We will then do a quick range of motion assessment before we initiate the session.
Throughout your assisted stretch, we will use stretching techniques like PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching with the addition of percussive therapy (massage gun) so you get the most out of your time with us.
By the time the session is over, you’ll feel so much more relaxed and loose! We then design a custom plan, just for you, that will help you achieve your goals!

What happens if I don’t use all my sessions before the expiration date?
All packages have a set expiration period. Unused sessions will expire after this time and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Can I split my package between different services?
Assisted stretching works by combining the expertise of a trained Body Coach with your body's natural range of motion. At StretchPlex, our Body Coaches guide you through targeted stretches, helping you reach new levels of flexibility safely and comfortably.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind after purchasing a package?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule your sessions within the expiration period.
Can I pay in installments for my package?
Yes! We offer an installment option with 4 easy payments for most packages. Choose the payment plan at checkout.
